We had a lovely stay with our adult children! The staff here is incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find the manicured grounds and spacious rooms. Plus, its proximity to Tiger Stadium was a fantastic bonus for us.
My wife says that they could really use a breakfast option for families staying over.

Lacking Cleanliness, but Great Location
While the location offers easy access to Baton Rouge attractions, my stay was marred by cleanliness issues. The bedsheets were worn, and the bathroom door needed repair. However, having a family-friendly restaurant nearby with excellent breakfast options helped brighten the experience. Consider bringing disinfecting wipes!

The spot was perfect for our group, close to two great golf experiences at Briarwood Golf Club. We enjoyed the satellite programming after a long day. Remember, there's no continental breakfast, so plan ahead.
One downside was the lack of laundry facilities onsite, which was a bit inconvenient for us.

Not the best experience
So, I stayed here for a couple nights, and honestly, it wasn’t great. The room had some serious cleanliness issues. I even had to hit up Walmart for supplies. The breakfast was decent tho, can't complain there. Ms. Jennifer at the front desk? Ugh, way too rude for my taste. Just left me frustrated.

One downside was the lack of cold water from the tap, which didn’t really taste right either. It was a bit off-putting during our stay.

They really take care of you here, I had a personal encounter where a staff member went outta their way to ensure I was comfortable, they made me feel at home. And the cleanliness of the room was impressive, I didn't even need my own supplies near as it felt spotless.
Not exactly a bargain but still worth it.
